David Kirkham

Managing Director

David has over 25 years experience in a career that has spanned the public, private and not for profit sectors.

David is a member of the Institute of Economic Development and of Social Value UK, and holds an MSc in Economic Development. David has worked strategically and operationally on national programmes for welfare reform, economic and social regeneration and business support.

David is a highly experienced system leader, evaluator, progamme manager, change management practitioner and facilitator, with international experience. He is also an accredited visual designer.

 
 
 

Heather Downey

Associate Director

Heather has provided consultancy, facilitation and project management support for public, private and voluntary sector organisations since 2004.

Areas of specialism include environment and conservation; health and work; employability; learning and skills, building on previous experience as interim CEO for Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, director with the Learning and Skills Council and non-executive roles in the NHS.

 

Adam Jeffrey

Associate Director

​Adam is a member of the Institute for Economic Development (MIED) and of the International Economic Development Council and has 33 years of working in the economic development and regeneration arena. He is also a member of the UK Evaluation Society.

He set up his own business, Chimera Consulting, in October 2001, specialising in economic development research, evaluation, project and organisational business planning and, project funding advice.
